RETURNS AND REFUNDS
DID Electrical will accept the return of any product, which is in its original condition and packaging and resalable. In order to return goods, please contact the e-Store by email at help@did.ie or contact our telephone Helpline (01) 6250200 quoting your order number. The customer will be liable for any return costs.
Terms & conditions of 10% and 20% back promotion:
- 10% back is awarded by way of D.I.D Electrical vouchers where €1,500 or more is spent on one transaction during the period 28th June 2008 to 13th July 2008.
- 20% back is awarded by way of D.I.D Electrical vouchers where €3,500 or more is spent on one transaction during the period 28th June 2008 to 13th July 2008.
- Vouchers will be issued early August. Customer details as provided at the time of sale will be used to send out the vouchers and these details cannot be altered at a later date. Vouchers are redeemable / valid against future purchases in any D.I.D Electrical store up until 25th December 2008.
- No cash redemption is allowed on these Vouchers.
- Any refunds above €1,500 will be sent by cheque from D.I.D Electrical Head Office. Any vouchers attached to a refunded sale which are still active will be cancelled. Any vouchers attached to a refunded sale which have been redeemed will be deducted from the amount to be refunded on the original sale.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase D.I.D Electrical Vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed against online sales.
- Change will not be given if the sale is less than the value of the Voucher.
- Cancelled Sales that have been paid for using Vouchers will be refunded with D.I.D Electrical Vouchers.
- D.I.D Electrical reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any voucher they deem to have been altered, amended, defaced or copied in any way.
- Vouchers cannot be used during Sale period.
DOUBLE THE DIFFERENCE OFFER
If you purchase a product from D.I.D Electrical and find the exact same product (brand, model, colour and size) cheaper in any other retail store anywhere else in the Republic of Ireland within seven days of purchase from D.I.D. Electrical, we will be happy to refund you a D.I.D Electrical voucher not for the difference but for double the difference.
In the unlikely event that you spot a lower price within seven days of your purchase, D.I.D Electrical will ‘double the difference’ between our shelf edge price and the shelf edge price at which the competitor displays the item for sale to customers but not a negotiated or special price for particular stock.
Simply bring your D.I.D Electrical receipt and a written competitor quote of the stock item for sale to us within seven days of purchase. All goods must be new, available ex stock, boxed and in perfect condition. This guarantee does not apply to ex-display stock. Excludes Internet offers.
A price check must be verified by the D.I.D Electrical store manager on duty. The guarantee does not apply to special order stock. D.I.D Electrical reserves the right to cancel any voucher should the competitor’s price be found to be not a genuine offer for sale.
